QLD Mine Equipment Hire is a marketplace platform that connects mining equipment owners with hirers. We facilitate introductions but are not a party to any agreements between users.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• Business users must provide valid ABN information

4. Listing Requirements

When listing equipment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and photos
• Maintain current compliance documentation
• Respond to enquiries in a timely manner
• Not list equipment you do not own or have authority to hire

5. Fees and Payment

• Listing fees are $10 per month per active listing
• Paused listings are charged at $5 per month
• Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass or abuse other users
• Circumvent our fee structure

7. Limitation of Liability

QLD Mine Equipment Hire is a marketplace only. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed equipment. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
